Yes, we offer personalization options. You can have your own design, logo, or picture printed on the bags. Please email us your requirements to corpacosaigon@gmail.com. And we will give you a quote.

6. What do I need to provide for a custom bag design?

For custom designs, we need a high-resolution image. If you have a logo, we require it in an Adobe Illustrator file format.

7. What is the minimum order quantity for custom bags?

The minimum order quantity for custom bags is 5 pieces.

8. How much does the custom bags cost?

The minimum order quantity of 5 pieces the cost is 100 Euros but we have to add some technical fees. Send us your project and we will tell you.

9. What if I don't have an Adobe Illustrator file for my logo?

If you don't have an Adobe Illustrator file, we can create one for you for an additional 20 to 50 Euros depending on the difficulty.

10. Besides shopping bags, what other products do you offer?

In addition to our sustainable bags, we also sell paintings with frames featuring famous artwork or your own portrait or whatever custom paintings.

Yes, our shopping paper bags are washable, making them a convenient and durable eco-friendly option. We recommend hand wash because a washing machine is not suitable.

Our bags are made from plant-based materials (cellulose) and natural latex; they are designed to be reusable and washable, reducing the need for single-use plastic bags. Our ink (HP) is also Eco-friendly.

95% of our orders are handed over to our logistics partners the next working day. Custom printed orders take an additional 15 to 21 days. 95% of our orders are delivered within 15 to 21 days. Remote locations and those affected by lockdowns may take longer.

25. What is your price for a bulk quantity order?

26. Do you sell to individual customers or just to companies?

Although most of our sales are business-to-business, we can sell to any type of customer.

You may use all major credit cards, net banking, PayPal, etc. We partner with a Payment wall, certified to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.
 

28. Do I have to place my order online?

To keep our prices low, our distribution centers are not staffed for direct customer pick-up.
