All content and images on our website are owned by Shopping with Art. You may not use them without our written consent.

Customer Satisfaction

We value our customers and strive to make your ordering process enjoyable and stress-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We are dedicated to making your experience positive and look forward to serving you for years to come.

Privacy

We use your data only to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with third parties involved in providing our services. For more details, please see our privacy policy.

Payment

All prices are in Euro € unless stated otherwise. By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges, fees, taxes, and shipping costs as per your invoice.

In-Stock Orders

You must pay the full balance when placing your order. Orders cannot be canceled once printed.

Overseas Orders

A 50% deposit is required when placing an order. The remaining balance is due when the product arrives in Vietnam before delivery. Storage fees may apply if the balance is not paid on time. Orders cannot be canceled or reduced once payment or a purchase order is received.

Special Payment Terms

We may offer special payment terms on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be made and approved in writing before placing your order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to all orders shipping to locations where Shopping with Art is required to pay sales tax. Tax-exempt organizations must email their tax exemption certificate to corpacosaigon@gmail.com.

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, ACH, and wire transfers. All online payments are encrypted for security.

Returns, Reprints, and Refunds

Returns

  • Blank orders can be returned within 30 days, subject to a 30% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Printed orders are not eligible for returns. Contact us for refund or reprint requests if you are dissatisfied.

Reprints

  • In-stock reprints take 3-4 weeks; overseas reprints may take several months.

Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase to corpacosaigon@gmail.com, including your company name and invoice number. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 12-15 business days.

Artwork

We review all submitted artwork before printing, but you are responsible for its accuracy. A final proof will be sent for approval. Rush orders may skip the proofing stage for faster delivery.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other freight companies. In-stock orders receive an estimated shipping date within 48 hours of proof approval. Overseas orders receive an estimated shipping date when available. For more information, see our shipping policy.

Production Times

We reserve the right to adjust estimated production times and will notify you promptly of any changes. Rush production orders may be affected by large quantities or multiple imprint colors.

Email Communication

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect email addresses provided by customers, including order problems and delays in responding to requests.

Changes to Website

We reserve the right to change, edit, or delete content on this website without notice. This includes discontinuing, suspending, or editing products, services, and information.
